To have the ablility to contact users (and use enhanced search features), you must submit your own profile.

Due to advancements in computers, we are now able to offer a feature that gives our users added protection. CollegeDate.com offers annonymous email protection: This user-selectable option offers protection that can automatically hide your email address from those who want to contact you. This ensures that spammers (those who want to send you advertisements) can NOT get your email. Of course, if you want to publicly display your email, you may do so at your own risk. So how do you send the mail? When you want to send another member an email, you would click on an email link next to someone's profile which opens up a special window that allows you to annonymously send email. So how do you know who sent you the email if their email address does not automatically appear in the message? Using the user's name and profile that automatically appears at the bottom of their message, you can do a name search to find them and send them a reply email. If you want your real email to appear on your photo profile, or in your email messages, we allow you to do so also.

There are just a few steps required to become a member after you click here:

Choose the state in which you go to school.
Choose the college in which you go to school.
Fill out the brief question form and put your comments.
If you have a photo with you, check the photo box and click submit.
Upload your photo and name it (if you checked the photo box).

That's it! You're all done and if you submitted a photo, you got your own web page with your photo on it also. This means that you can give out your public URL to your friends and all they have to do is type it in their web browser and your photo will be displayed on their computer. If you want to fully customize your web page later (add your own colors, text, links, etc...), you may also do so.
